Madison is home base for Acorn Construction. Owner Joseph Hines founded his first home-building company, JMH Builders, in Madison in early 2012, and Acorn Construction carries that work forward with custom homes, whole-home remodels, kitchens, bathrooms and additions.
Madison’s planned neighborhoods, Madison County schools and short drive to Ridgeland and Jackson keep demand steady for both new homes and updates to existing ones. Many subdivisions here have architectural review requirements, so Acorn plans the design around those guidelines from the first meeting.
